The Small Biz Web Shop began designing custom web sites, providing web hosting, and web site maintenance in 2005. In 2008, we added Content Management System setup and design services using Joomla!, an open source software system.  This has made our offerings even more affordable for our clients by allowing them to take on the task of keeping their content current and up to date.

Meet the Owner

Sheila Oliver began her career as an administrative assistant where she learned the fine art of designing correspondence, marketing materials, and presentations.  After several years, she had the opportunity to work on a web site project.  She then decided to pursue web design as a career.
